The family’s appeal against all accusations has been rejected. As of current situation, in accordance with the decision of the regional court, Marius and Ruth are allowed to see Ezekiel, the baby, twice a week for 2 hours at the time. Ruth is permitted to see John and Matthew, the two younger boys, once a week. They are still denied any contact with the girls (the older children).
In the next couple of hours, while seeking God’s will, together, with the family, the consulting and legal action team we will make a decision concerning the next steps that we are forced to take, steps imposed by this situation.
We are pressing forward, and we are continuing to pray, while being encouraged by the God’s promises of victory.
In the next 2-3 days, our intention is to communicate with you our plan of action
We are standing with the Bodnariu Family being certain of their just cause, and of their innocence before God and before people.
