Săptămâna trecută, în Washington DC, Dr. Paul Negruț, Rector al Universitatii Emanuel din Oradea, împreună cu Dr. Paul Susman, avocat și parte din echipa de coordonare și inițiativă a cazului Bodnariu și Dr. Ilie Soritau, Prorector la Universitatea Emanuel au avut întrevederi cu oficialități și demnitari ai Congresului Statelor Unite, pentru a cere sprijin în relația cu autoritățile norvegiene, în vederea reunificării familiei Bodnariu și a celorlalte familii de români cărora li s-au luat copiii. Suntem încurajați de deschiderea, preocuparea și promisiunile de implicare care au fost exprimate.
De asemenea, Dr. Paul Susman a vizitat parte din familia extinsă Bodnariu și Biserica Elim – Chicago. A avut loc și o întâlnire cu Pastorii Cristian Ionescu și Moise Ardelean, Președintele Cultului Penticostal din România, de asemenea în vizită la Chicago, în care au fost discutate potențiale demersuri în vederea rezolvării cazului Bodnariu.

Last week, in Washington DC, Dr. Paul Negruț, Rector at Emanuel University in Oradea, together with Dr. Paul Susman, lawyer and member of the coordinating team in the Bodnariu Case, and Dr. Ilie Soritau, Prorector at Emanuel University, had meetings with officials and dignitaries of the United States Congress, to obtain assistance in relations with the Norwegian authorities, for the purpose of reuniting the Bodnariu family and the other Romanian families who’s children had been taken away. We were encouraged to find openness, concern and desire to help.
Also, Dr. Paul Susman had visited with the extended Bodnariu family and Elim Church in Chicago. There had also been a meeting with Pastors Cristian Ionescu and Moise Ardelean, President of the Pentecostal Churches in Romania, also visiting Chicago, in which further actions necessary to resolve the Bodnariu Case were explored.

One of the best lines from the SF protest was when pastor Cristian Ionescu made the point that we must persevere until the public shaming will hurt Norway more than the shame of returning the children. Because returning the children will expose their crime!
We will not rest. We will not tire. We will not give up until the children are returned and BV is reformed!

Since the Barnevernet possesses sweeping powers which allows their agents backed up by cops to remove children under emergency protection orders….why not Bodnarius associates file a (booming) COMPLAINT and REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION with THE AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL and/or other HUMAN RIGHTS FORUMS AT THE UNITED NATIONS…
It is public knowledge that Barnevernet wins 90% of their cases! This is a TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE, given that that Norway’s Social Welfare Board operates „in camera” hearings, purportedly to protect the children’s interests. This grotesque lack of official transparency, and aggressive official oppression, should be cause for concern for any fair judge he may sit the bench! So then, written complaints should be filed anytime the Barnevernet messes up and confuses its mission with a genuine parental upbringing of children!
