First: no, I do not like the President’s language! Crude, inappropriate, dirty and… unchristian!
Secondly, no, I do not agree that you should accept people from Norway rather than Haiti! Mr. President, sorry but, you know, I wouldn’t have come to the US from another prosperous country in 1987. I left then a… dark hole, cold hole, hungry hole, you get the idea! What you could’ve said – much more acceptable – is that you should be more selective of who you accept as immigrants, in terms of education, family status and YES, even religion! But the best people you’re going to get – unless you buy them with h(iiii)uge, tremendous sums of money – are from… the kind of countries you so vividly described. And, Norway of all places?… Huh!…
Thirdly, yeah, I understand that not a lot of good could come from some countries, to name just a few 🧐, but you could’ve been more… ehrrr, diplomatic about it.
